CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
When you miss your appointment without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client.
If you fail to show up or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
